Good nutrition plays a vital role in our health and wellbeing. Today’s media is filled with stories about food and diet as we learn more about their importance in our lives, and the food industry is changing rapidly as society increasingly questions what we eat and where we source it from. Level 3 Food Science and Nutrition is a new course starting September 2021. On this course you will study the science of food safety and hygiene, learn about nutrition and understand peoples’ different nutritional needs. |
