At Key Stage 3, students study Biology for one lesson a week and study a variety of topics including cells, tissues and organs, reproduction, respiration, photosynthesis and earth and the environment, as well as developing their practical and analytical skills. A-Level Religious Studies study day to Cambridge University

The Religious Studies department took a group of Year 12 students to Cambridge University to attend an A Level Religious Studies Study Day at the Faculty of Divinity.   The guest speaker,  Libby Ahluwalia, is a teacher, a syllabus developer, an examiner trainer and author of several acclaimed GCSE and A level textbooks.  The event provided advice and support for students with an interest in theology, religion, and philosophy of religion who may be considering studying these subjects at university, particularly being beneficial for students aiming for high (A/A*) grades.
