Plans for National Lockdown

Following the governmental announcement on 04.01.2021, we have now been able to publish our details for the delivery of remote learning during this time.

These details are also avaiable below and we ask that you carefully read through these to ensure that you are aware of how we will be approaching both remote learning and physical learning for those students accessing the school site for lessons.

Students and staff attending the school site will be able to access a weekly Asymptomatic Covid-19 Test from our dedicated testing centre. This will be done on a rota basis outlined below. Please ensure that you have completed the Consent Form to indicate whether or not you would like to take part in the process. The plans for mass testing of the whole school population have now been postponed in accordance with governmental guidance.

We appreciate that you may still have further questions about other elemets of the school's operation or future aspects related to the announcement but we are waiting on further guidance and clarification from a number of sources before we can publish these. We will get any additional information out as soon as possible so please regularly check your emails or the website for updates.

We have also attached some additional guidance for getting started using Microsoft Teams for students new to the school who may not have needed to use Teams yet this academic year.

If you have any additional questions, please email them to

Please can we also remind you that no students should access the site if they are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19. If this is the case, students should isolate and book a test as per the current guidance on Managing Cases of Coronavirus.
