how to apply

West Kirby has a successful Sixth Form where students achieve outstanding results, receive excellent advice and guidance and enjoy first-class pastoral support.

Applications are welcomed from both female and male students who studied at other schools for their GCSEs. Approximately 40 -50 new students join West Kirby's Sixth Form each year. New students flourish and enjoy studying at West Kirby. They are elected to be school officers and participate fully in the wider life of the school.

We look after new students and ensure that they are well supported in their first few weeks in the school. The induction programme is an exciting and fun way to be introduced to Sixth Form life at West Kirby and a great way to make new friends.
