Year 9 Spanish Trip to Andalucía

Year 9 Spanish students visited the Andalucia region of Spain during February half term. The trip aimed to introduce students to Spanish life and culture and give them confidence speaking the language.

Andalucía, in south Spain, is an area rich in tradition and history. Students visited the Mezquita and the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos in Córdoba, Málaga, including the cathedral, the old town and the Picasso Museum, Mijas and Bioparc in Fuengirola.  They stayed in the seaside resort of Benalmádena to experience Spanish life, as well as doing quite a lot of shopping!
