Admissions After the Start of Year 7
To apply for assessment in Years 7 - 11 please complete an ‘In Year Transfer for Secondary aged children’ form from Wirral Borough Council. Please contact the school for information regarding the assessment process.

The application will then be forwarded to ourselves. To assist us with tracking the applications it would be helpful if parents/carers can complete our online form so that we can track the applications with the Local Authority.
In-Year Assessment Days 2026/27
- Wednesday 7th October 2026 (Deadline to apply Wednesday 30th September 2026) Start Date Monday 2nd November 2026
- Wednesday 25th November 2026 (Deadline to apply Wednesday 18th November 2026) Start Date Tuesday 5th January 2027
- Wednesday 17th March 2027 (Deadline to apply Wednesday 10th March 2027) Start Date Monday 12th April 2027
- Wednesday 23rd June 2027 (Deadline to apply Wednesday 16th June 2027) Start Date Wednesday 1st September 2027
After we have received your application we will contact parents/carers to confirm the time and arrangements for the assessment. Generally the assessment takes place between 9am and 12pm on the selected dates.
Assessments are National Curriculum based in both Mathematics and English.
