The Biology Department at West Kirby Grammar School consists of six teachers, who are all biology specialists. At Key Stage 3, students study Biology for one lesson a week and study a variety of topics including cells, tissues and organs, reproduction, respiration, photosynthesis and earth and the environment, as well as developing their practical and analytical skills.
