At WKGS, Design & Technology inspires students to think creatively, solve real-world problems, and develop practical and technical expertise. Through the common D&T threads of research, design, make, and evaluate, pupils build transferable skills that prepare them for life beyond the classroom.
We are passionate about developing confident, innovative designers who are ready to thrive in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven world. Our department fosters a culture of high expectations, creativity, and professional collaboration, where students are encouraged to take risks, develop resilience, and grow in independence.
